The 12 Step Anxiety program will give you the opportunity to acquire new skills and strategies:

Recognise your personal successes

Understand the difference between your “stuff” and other people’s “stuff”

Gain insight into what is truly making you angry

When anxiety is working at its best, it protects us and others, solves problems, and anticipates challenges.
When anxiety is working against us, it becomes a worry-habit, controlling us and spiraling thoughts.
It becomes magical.

We are now online and can deliver ‘The 12 Step Anxiety Program’ via Zoom or Teams.
